DHL Express Worldwide Delivery (3-5 Working days) - International Delivery, Duties & Taxes

  • For some international shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country depending on the duty and tax laws for that country.
  • Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

USA

Orders under US$800 are free from any import duties and will not attract any extra fees. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders over US$800 are liable for all applicable import duties upon arrival into The United States, which you will need to pay to UPS/DHL or US Customs upon delivery. 
 
For more information, please consult your local customs office. If an order is sent back to our warehouse because the import fees were not cleared, the customer is liable to any additional costs, including the cost of returning the parcel back to our warehouse.

EU

There may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) TOUT REVIENT does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

REST OF WORLD
 
We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) to all other countries. As the purchaser, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your delivery from customs on arrival to your country or region. TOUT REVIENT is unable to advise or predict the amount.
